REQUIREMENTS
The
minimum and maximum for each room on
Saturday nights are as follows:

A
larger room can be a low cost option. A per person
charge can be made for the difference between the
actual guest count and the room minimum. Sunday
through Saturday afternoon our minimum requirements
can go as low as 50 people.
PRICING
All
prices listed on our menu are guaranteed once
the contract has been executed. A eighteen percent
service charge and applicable state sales tax will
automatically be charged on all functions. If your
group is state tax exempt, please forward a Tax
Exemption Certificate to our office prior to the
function so your bill may be processed correctly.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
In
order to insure your reservation and guarantee
your price quote, we require a minimum deposit
as follows:

This
deposit is applied toward the final balance. The
final balance is due two weeks before your event.
Payments can be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover or American Express.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
It
is our policy that all food and beverage items, with
the exception of liquor, beer and wine, be supplied
and prepared by us. Please be advised that no food
or beverages are permitted to leave our premises.
MENUS
Our
printed menus are suggested for your consideration,
but if you prefer, our staff will be pleased to tailor
a menu for your specific needs and quote specific
prices. Your menu selection, room set-up requirements
and all other arrangements need to be discussed and
finalized with our staff at least two weeks prior
to the function.
SECURITY
For
larger events, and for all evening functions, a Cleveland
Policeman is required. Arrangements will be made
by us.
MICROPHONES & AUDIO-VISUAL
Microphones
are complimentary, on a limited basis, for all rooms.
Arrangements can be made for all audio-visual requirements.
CANCELLATIONS
In
the event of a cancellation, if the room is re-booked,
we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $100.00
administrative fee.
EXTRAS
Floral
arrangements, entertainment, invitations, photographers,
bakers, formal wear, limousines, please feel free
to make your own arrangements in these areas. We
will be more than happy to assist you in these areas
and other areas if you so desire.
ROOM
RENTALS
Brennan's
Catered Events always include room and set-up charges,
based on a 5 hour period (additional time may be
purchased).
